We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every order.

## Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

## Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for opened or used items.

Refunds or replacements may be provided in the following situations:

* The product arrives damaged

* The wrong item was received

* The package is lost during transit

## Non-Refundable Situations

We are not responsible for refunds in the following situations:

* Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

* Delays caused by customs clearance

* Import duties, VAT, or customs fees

* Refusal to pay customs charges
