How do I change or modify my order?

If you discover an error in your order after receiving the order confirmation email, please contact our Customer Service Center. Please note that we can assist you in modifying your order prior to shipment. Once the package has been dispatched, we will be unable to make any further changes. What should I do if I haven't received a confirmation email? If you have not received an order confirmation email, it is possible that the email address you entered during checkout was incorrect, or that the email was mistakenly filtered into your spam folder.
